Major score bug on Valhalla

I spend a lot of time on this Valhalla and was ranked pretty high until yesterday. Since this evening, my ranking score has been bugged and has become negative, which has dropped me to last place in the rankings. As a result, I will probably not receive any rewards, even though with my score I would be 2nd on my server and 30th in the region.
There are more and more bugs in this game. You should focus on fixing them rather than implementing new modes that nobody wanted and that add to the existing problems.

I hope so too, but improving the score or restarting the game won't change anything, so I'm not very hopeful...

Same getting this bug as well. I will be going from comfortable top 10 to nothing.

Upon checking with the account of a friend who is in the same regional, I'm not in the ranking, so it doesn't seems like a visual bug

She can see me in friend's ranking though

Everyone affected by this, open a ticket from game settings -> support

In case ranking rewards will be compromised they'll fix that

Also got the same bug after getting my high score. This should've put me in top 10

Due to this bug, my guild members didn't received the ranking reward as well, will that be compensated as well?

If they don't give out the appropriate rewards, I'll stop playing the game. There's no point in playing a game full of bugs, where at any moment you can lose several days' progress due to a bug and receive peanuts as compensation.

It's a shame because I've been playing for four years, but this kind of management is unacceptable (no punishment for cheaters on crusades, no proper compensation for bugs).

They don't even play their own game, they have no idea what they are doing. Their replies are the most braindead response I have ever seen. I play valhalla solely for the medal, what do you mean I don't get the medal I deserve while you give it to other players with a lower rank? Why are we paying the price for their incompetency? It's a shame that they don't understand what the players want. How wonderful it is to play a game where winners lose and losers win

Yes I got the medal this morning (there was no mail, only a red dot on my Valhalla medal, but I had only one blue and one violet medals before, so it seems ok)

But YR is absolutely right, the problem is mainly the way IGG handles (or rather doesn't handles) the numerous bugs.

All of this leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I really don't know if I'm going to continue playing. I love this game, but the way it's evolving is increasingly repugnant to me. Clearly, the developers' goal is no longer to have a balanced game that runs smoothly, but rather a cash cow that brings in maximum profits with minimum investment.

Let's be honest, making money for developers is the goal of most games currently available on phones. That's legitimate, but in return, a minimum of respect for players is expected.
