This option can be located via clicking your Profile > Settings > Support > Submit a Ticket > Fill in the Form below and then provide details and screenshot of the issue

The problem is fixed, but 2 days of not receiving
Lumos Stone, can't level up altar, not randomly receiving Rebirth Core, Inspiration Fragment,
Inspiration Archive and lost in ranking is too much. 🥺
