I tried to send a ticket about a feedback and you made it include Photos as mandatory. Well, it asks me to allow the app access but don't do it and the app has no restrictions and nowhere to allow it for the app.
Device is a Motorola Edge 40 Neo with Android 13

While you solve this, just don't make mandatory to add a photo. Most of time is not needed, please.

Same issue for me, now can't attach picture, asking to grant access, but. Cannot find the app to grant access at all. The picture is compulsory so you got problem must attach picture, but cannot give access, no pictures can't submit tickets, perfect loop 😂
