Riot has gone strict against these things however they have logs for everything. So if you got banned for saying back via voice chat u can appeal your case and if u have any proofs like chat message ( if any ) or video recording put that as well in the appeal. Your ban would most likely be removed however after looking at how its a 1 year ban i assume its not your first time getting banned for the same. I do not think it would be easy in your appeal.
