#UI: Prev button leads to fickering states

Reproduce:
Level BIGGER OR GATE: solve the level and click 'Run' a few times (or 'Run fast' once). Then press 'Prev'. The result display flickers at each click as all previous states are all getting rendered again up to the correct position.

There is no way to do backwards stepping that doesn't have tradeoffs, but I think rerunning from start is the simplest and best way. And I want it to be clear to players how it works under the hood so they aren't surprised if for example it takes a really long time to step backwards at a high tick
