Mambo and nano rx receiver are binded but in the BF transmitter tab nothing happens, wiring is correct and just bought a new receiver since I thought the old one could of gone bad, correct UART is selected, I have a Cinebot30 HD and have flown many times before this problem occurred so I don't think it is a receiver problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

UART might have just given up

The thing is I have switched UARTs multiple times and it didn’t help

you need serial Rx turned on
