Hi, i let my lipo's sit for a bit to long and now some of them are at 0V. A friend of mine send me this guide but idk if i can do it if they are at 0 V (what my battery checker says.

if it's been at 0v for a long time i doubt it's worth trying to revive

idk i have one that the first 3 cells are at 0.1 V but the last one glitches out.

and also, all the lipos first cell are around 3.7V

I'd just pull out the cells that are still at 3.7 and make packs with those
