You went through all of this effor to post in a public forum, only to ask for private help?

Asking for help in DMs leads to three basic scenarios, neither of which are ideal:

  1. Not a lot of people will go out of their way to help in DMs. Thus you're likely to not get any help. Especially not if you don't even give any indication of what you need help with

  2. You will get a lot of replies from multiple different people, each telling you something else, with no insight of what the other person is advising. This is both confusing and counterproductive

  3. You may get the question answered, but then if someone is looking through this forum to find answers, they'll only see an empty post, thus helping no one else
