You have about 4 or so possible firmware versions for the receiver, and 4 for the radio if it's ACCST

#

Unless you want to play a guessing game with every version out there, I'd rather flash both to a known same version

I'd Rather flash my reciever. cuz i have like 8 other models on an older one

If you know what firmware is on the radio module, then yeah just flash the receiver

I'd strongly recommend spending just like 50 bucks and upgrading to ELRS
