Basically are these for consideration or perhaps even planned at a later point already?

Jet packs are definitely not planned, stealth mechanics may be fleshed out in the future though.
Dram doesn't want to add jetpacks because aliens are meant to be the mobile faction able to scale cliffs and walls, adding jetpacks means humans will have a similar mobility, and the AI for jetpack troops would likely be a nightmare.
Closest thing would be there may be some anti-grav-belt mechanic to allow single-use paratrooping from the dropships, but that's also unconfirmed at this point.
