I think it would be a awesome addition to the game to add a simple gore system, when humans die just make a pile of blood and guts that's got some armor assets in it and vice versa for bugs

Ehh interesting but cause more strain on hosts if they have to have a bunch of corpses loaded, maybe a auto disappear after a minute or whatever.

I think it would make sense to either make it client side for the gore system to be turned on or off....or....add it when we've got the ability for dedicated servers like Squad

You can probably get away from some performance drops if you make it part of a particle system, reduce collisions and stuff.
