Title is self explanatory, its way to chaotic to figure out whats happening in the respective channels. Have a standardized template to follow. Use the thread to further refine templates. An example template below

Pin it in the channels and maybe for bug reports clean up so only reports following the templates are allowed
If the channel strictly follows template only then we can probaly mash together the bug report channels for less confusion
mind you for this youd need someone to purge the channel of other messages seeing how you are plenty busy already

To preface, if the forum has extra tags implemented, combining the different bug report channels will be no problem as we can use tags to define the game mode and other key identifiers of the reports. Mock-up attached.
The following is a general template to copy and paste:

Include build number (bottom right of screen) and key objects or mechanics like game mode, weapons, classes, buildings, etc. Anything to help sort, filter and prioritize.

Short summary of the issue.
Description
Describe what the bug or issue is. What are you experiencing and what do you expect to experience?
Reproduction steps
Describe how to cause the bug or issue to appear.
Attachments
Any media like screenshots or videos are very helpful. You can also find the output log in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Bohemia Interactive\Silica\Player.log that might help with finding the cause of the issue.
