Hello we have tried the Demo Beta Built with 10 people.

Except the host nobody sees the planets outside the ship and no entries in the sensor console

I had this too when playing with a friend. We even swapped around who was hosting and had the same. Was meaning to report as bug

Is this on every game? And is it a new game or a save game?

It was on a new game when I tried it but not been on multi player again since so not had time to try sorry

When blidis and I were playing on the Demo build we also had the issue as joining party to have no visible stars and planets inside the systems.

Host sees objects.
Client doesn´t see objects.
