I'm not yet sure whether this is all planets in all systems, but the first two planets I tried to fly to in 61 Cygni B are just... not there. The FTL happily flies me to a patch of empty space, claiming that the planet is ~1000km away, but there's nothing but the inky blackness of space in front of me. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a known issue?

Update: the planets are there, they're just not where the ship's sensors think they are. If I manually pilot the ship through FTL towards where the planets appear on the HUD on the main viewscreen, I can get there, but auto-navigating to the sensor target doesn't bring me anywhere even close
