Will there be any Debris, rogue planets or scattered rocks/asteroids to explore in the Intergalactic empty space where stars stop generating.

Yes but not like huge amounts. rogue planets have been talked about along with derelict ships and stations. however as of right now stars will not exactly be completely gone. they may be 100sly apart but you can do that distance in 30min. i doubt they will be so far apart that you will stall and die before finding one.

Reaching to the POIs in the void will be something depending on the tech being used for travelling, as Dan said there will be alien tech which can upgrade the starship's ability in various different aspects. May be one of it will be a tech to use fuel efficiently which can take us to the depths of void. That being said, there has to be something there which the player can explore, which can be rogue planets, debris, asteroids or even anomalies.

i think you are still over estimating "void"

#

there will be places with less stars but unless you leave the galaxy all together, there will be stars every now and then

#

hell even the real world "voids" we talk about in astrophysics still have a number of complete galaxies in them. they just have less then they should.... so they are called voids. they arent completely dark or devoid of mass or stars.

last i checked our galaxy, the milky way, was in a small void but that might just be measurement bias.
