Changes made to read-only operator pops, even when no change was made
hover-bubble-message are coming through a upper-level pop up window
upper-right x (close button) doesn't close the pop-up, it should imply no.
the window is vertically way-too big (it should be the right-size)
it should not be resizable
will open an issue about those and address it (i might need help with layers and bogus change detection logic, the rest seems pretty easy).
