To clearify: I'm talking about the corners of the annotations.

This has to be optional of course, but I think it would be really helpful for organising stuff in den graph-window.

I can see how snapping would be super nice. I've planned to snap to other annotation edges and maybe also padding between then. I think this will solve most cleanup problems without the need to introduce a snapping enabled/disabled mode.

Nice. But will they snap to the grid too? Somehow my graphic eye needs them to be aligned with that grid. 😄
