You pretty much got it. You're bit confused on the notation for the equation and columns of the table but you have the good result.

I would write it like this ¬A ⋅ (A + B) + (A + B) or (A + B) + (¬A ⋅ (A + B)), you can also simplify the equation to Z = A + B but I don't know if you teacher wants that.

And for the truth table the columns would be A, B, A + B, ¬A ⋅ (A + B) and finally ¬A ⋅ (A + B) + (A + B) (or Z)

Just a small fyi, it's been a while since I've done this.
