The minimum I recommend is i5 last gen (or equivalent), 16gb and 1tb SSD.
If you can get a i7 (or equivalent) that's better but i5 should be fine too.
P vs H serie doesn't matter much. It's just it's size. H aren't as thin and light as the other so avoid it if you want a thinner and lighter laptop.
Unless you plan on training models or make AAA games you don't need a big gpu. If you plan to do that I wouldn't recommend a laptop anyway.
