All of them (I agree with Astra) - Ml/AI seemingly has the brightest future currently, albeit many have jumped on the bandwagon, making it hard to succeed. They all promise a neat future in some shape or form

I think one niche with very high salaries could be hardware

given all the incoming breakthroughs, I'm sure the needs of hardware engineers will increase sometimes in the future, with the incoming nanotube transistors allowing for much less heat losses, quantum computing or the much more relevant optical diffractive neural networks
