OS : macOS Version 13.2 (Build 22D49) 13.2.0 arm64
Chromium-Version:108.0.5359.125
Browsers used for testing: Opera GX LVL4 (core: 94.0.4606.107) (arm64), Safari, FireFox and Chrome always the latest version of it.

Expected Behavior: Visiting a website on any browser should load and show the website.

Actual Behavior: Just a white Screen, if you inspect the elements its showing nothing, check picture(1). Other error that occurs is if i visit "https://www.jetbrains.com/" my browser tells me that the site is not accessible, might a dns issue?

Problem described above also happens on a iphone 14 pro max and ipad pro 5 gen, latest os version

Steps i did:
Cleaning Cookies, Browser data in general, Restarting Router, removing/Disabling all Plugins/Extensions, restarting device didnt helped.

ive seen plenty of People in the Apple Community have that issue but couldnt find a fix for it. Will attach more pictures in a second

Additional info: im getting a 200 code from the website that shows a blank screen. On my Windows machine everything works without any issues(running the same opera gx browser with the exact same extensions installed/Active)

For the jetbrains site, im not getting anything

Hi! We are a programming server, not tech support one. Perhaps you would have more change fixing this issue by going on a tech support server, apple server or by contacting the official apple support.

With that said, restart your computer, be sure that your computer is up to date, verify that you don't have any VPN installed and enabled, ensure that you are properly connected to your wifi, if so try resetting you connection.
