ASEC can deal with the passengers, telling them to back off but other than that we can't do much about it. It's not like it's real life though, so don't worry about it, it's just a game and the passengers usually haven't even finished elementary school most of the time so arguing with them isn't a reasonable thing to do. Just ignore them and try to do your job! :D
