Is it 400 knots MAXIMUM or MINIMUM? Every LR and MR do it differently I want to know the real correct answer.

I just say takeoff at 400 knots

And that's it

400 knots is the max speed you can go for Takeoff

Just take off whatever knots you want, but just make sure it's 400

But it's much better when taking off with 400 knots

I had never set the speed of take off at 400 knots , its always above 420 knots .

K , before that I always try to set it in exact 400 and because of that sometimes I get failed to take off .

400+ is maximum 310 in minimum

400 is the take off speed. The maximum speed depends on the plane. The NEO can fly 508 kts, the private het 800 kts, etc.
