So, when I try to join a training, for instance I tried to join the 3PM EST training, it sent me straight back to the main game with this claiming screen. Before that, I already claimed the 3PM EST, and It just sent me back. I don't know what's happening.

You need a MR+ to claim and host a session. Also, please join 10-20 minutes early.

You can check #sessions. Also, it is bugged right now so it is not up to date.

Yes, he was sharing my personal info and being rude and a HR said she cannot do anything about it.
