The Mr team is for management plus. You are not able to access it due to the fact that you are an LR staff member.

That is because as you previously mentioned, you are a VP. If you look at #1140238533500620941, you will be able to find rank information. It will show that anything under Management is a low rank. Only people in the Management department or higher are able to access that.
