Should I warn an airport staff who is starting boarding process for every gate at the same time over and over again and not answering me?

You can warn them if they are not doing their job, opening a gate if there are no cpt's or the plane is not spawned, is not doing the job correctly, as passengers will scan the tickets and will remain stuck in the jetway because there are no planes. They don't usually have to talk, is just recomended, but if they are opening the gate without a plane spawned, and after you gave then a Verbal Warning to stop, if they continue you may occour them a warning, this is what I think in my opinion, you are always free to think whenever you warn or not.
