This isn’t a bug, this is very common to happen. Usually, if someone is joining with a device not very strong to load all assets in less than 5 seconds, they fall like that. It does that because when you are joining, the player collide is enabled but not fixed while assets are loading. One of the last part of the game that loads is the player collide, and fixes it to not put you down like that.
