First, what exactly do you mean by "Staff"- Applications? Something like a Presidential Application?

Yes. Anything above Captain.

Well, you can always apply for the presidential applications, they get looked at every month, also, I think the Chief Moderation Officer application should still be on going.
You can find the Presidential application link in #970398012394315776 and the Chief Moderation Officer one in #notifications, although I don't think that that one works for you so well.

I believe they didn't see it anymore honestly, since they take their time to choose, and you should apply again if you want to get in the next trial, cause they change the application link all the time.

Also, once you reach captain, there are plenty of ranks to achieve by promotions: Supervisor - General Manager - Vice President, you could as well fist try to reach them, or you try to pass the application for president, you skip those roles then.

Would there be any applications for lower ranks than President. Like a General Manager application? Or could I only become those ranks through promotions?

You can only achieve these ranks through promotions, applications most of the time are President+ / Managment +, and some applications are for other Departments, who can do more on the Discord Server then, but don't get anything in game, such as the Moderation / Community Engagment Department, they are rankwise under President, so LR, but they are not opened yet.

Well, if you clicked on the "new" link, and you get that message, that means that it is still the old link, from wave 25, so they will look through your application!

So you won't have to re-apply!
