Hi, I was going to get trained at first for the 11pm SGT training, somehow there was not anyone in the server to training. Then at 9am SGT, there was training named the 8PM EST training but there was only 1 host but no training and in the end it was cancelled. Can you guys ensure every training is done properly and ensure that the training starts on time?

Because although it’s morning or afternoon from your side, it is night and earning Morning on our side
