You are awaiting training and that means, that you have to attend a training session at first. If you pass the training, you will get ranked to a LR role (Ground Crew, Airport security, Airport Staff or Flight Attendant)
After that you can attend shifts and get promoted or you will attend a captain training and pass this.
You may only attend a captain training as a LR role
If you passed the captain training, you can train (assist) in trainings or you will attend shifts for promotions. From supervisor you can lead train.
