Add a photo mode where u can rotate camera and all that, free cam isnt it imo

for me freecam is kinda broken tbh I cant change the speed and every time I use it for some reason it opens sometimes outside of the map or something I've tried all that I can to fix it but I just gave up to wait for a patch

For me, I have to pause to control the sliders, but yeah it's annoying when the camera spawns way far away
