Non intrusive nameplates that can be turned on or off in personal settings or server settings. Have opacity and size slider, and a hotkey to switch on/off in game so you can do a quick check.

I think this would be good for more casual players when playing multiplayer

I play solo so even if it was added I wouldn't really be affected by it unless I played multiplayer
