There's should be a feature where you can pick what type of ifak and the items you bring with it.
There will be a space system, preventing you of abusing this feature.
An IFAK on your belt would have 6 space points, while an ifak on your vest will have up to 10 or 15, but would be bulkier.
ITEMS YOU CAN BRING AND THE POINTS THEY COST:
Quikclot: 2 Points
Pressure bandage: 3 Points
Elastic Bandage: 2 Points
Chest Seal: 1 point
Decompression Needle: 1 point
Splint: 5 Points
The reason i didn't add a tourniquet is because you could put as many as you want on your vest or belt, also no NPA because its not too useful when you're under fire
