it wasn't issued to the military but some used it, as well as them using the specific military designated version of the mask (ShM-41) which looks completely identical
peoples reasons for not putting some stuff in the game are horrible
yeah idk why people mad ab other people wanting stuff in a game just cuz they don't
if you don't like it okay that's fine don't use it, not like it'll negatively affect you in any way by it being in the game
a ShM-62 or 41 (basically the same thing) being in the game isn't gonna hurt anyone, some people will appreciate it and others couldn't care less, the ones that don't care aren't gonna be affected
