Operators can get concussed if shot at on helmet or a grenade is thrown near them, they'd drop the weapon they are currently holding and get super dizzy for a certain period, an example would be if you went in for cqc and some tango managed to hit you with his hand, that'd cause a concussion on you.

it would make it less boring with levels bc you have something to work towards but at the same time once you've maxed it out it'll get kinda boring because yk it's all maxed out

it will be character based, you can make multiple characters with different skill sets. As a mastery thing there will be a certain specialist skill set with that character that blocks off other skill sets for that character

On top of all this a perma death mode is planned where basically the character will get deleted upon death
