#Cannot connect to Radarr or Sonarr on same network

I seem to be getting a timeout error on Radarr and Sonarr connections. Radarr Security set as..Authentication: none, API key (conformed is correct), Cetificate Validation: I tried both Enabled and Disabled for Local Addresses. url: is http: 192..........:7878 - (double checked). Any advie help would be appreciated. Running latest version of Radarr and Sonarr
