PMM made a request to Plex, and Plex didn't answer inside 60 seconds.

All PMM can do is wait longer, so perhaps extend the Plex timeout in the settings.

Lacking that, look to what Plex is doing and maybe the network setup or the like for reasons why Plex isn't responding.

If it were not found, it most likely would have come back sooner with "Couldn't find this".

If “exploding randomly” means the same timeout, that’s still nothing that PMM can affect.
