why create them if you don't want them visible?

TV Shows / movies, that is a plex bug...

plex doesn't like the collections with Zero items. one thing i did was used the template_variable placeholder_tvdb_show and i assign a tvdb id from a show that i have. Then these don't behave randomly

the visible_library: false isn't really used the way you think. Look at the collections tab, i think your collections may actually also be not showing on the collections tab

based on my understanding of what you are trying to do, the only variable you need is the collection_mode. The rest can be removed
