#Show Top X movies collection from tvdb in collection not on server

I searched and didnt see this question.

I wanted to see for example the top 250 movies/series from imdb or where ever in plex even if I dont own them on plex and make them as a collection. This way I/ther users can see what is current without having to leave plex. discovery is great but only works on admin accounts, so a bit useless for the family.
I see in the script when it runs, it pulls the names in the default options for top and worst x movies etc and compares against my server list. So, maybe its possible? I didnt see it on the wiki, so thought id ask.

Including the meta.log from the beginning is a huge help use !logs for more information.

So you want an IMDB 250 collection that will somehow display the 150 of them that you don't have in your Plex library? Plex doesn't support that.
