Hey guys! Just configured PMM again, after not using it for a long time. back then i had many collections, that i do not wanna use any more.

Is it possible to delete all old collections via PMM when running the script?

looked at the documents, but couldnt find anything about it

Oh, it needs to be run as a enviroment on the docker itself? I was looking for it in the config..

environment var or runtime flag.

I see. guess i can just hop into the container shell, and run it from there. Thanks! ๐Ÿ˜„ Was going insane from manually deleting collections xD

Or just spin up a new container with docker run.

#

then kill it once the collections have been deleted.

You can also delete them en masse in the UI if you didn't know.

select the first, shift-click the last, "delete"

#

You may have to do the shift-click in stages, as if you scroll too far Plex doesn't see that you're extending the selection.

#

shift-click, scroll down a few rows, shift-click, repeat.

Do i do that from the collections tab or what? because i dont seem to be able to select and shift click etc.

proven ingot

Yes, collections tab.

#

that little circle in the upper left.

indigo oar
#

oooooooohhhh i found it. i had to click on the little circle in the top...

#

Yea, i totally overlooked that. i blame plex ๐Ÿ˜› Oh well, thanks alot

You can select movies and/or collections in the same way in the library tab, but if you want only collections the collections tab is simpler.

I only wanted to purge my collections and make some new ones. Thanks alot @proven ingot ๐Ÿ˜„
