Screen Aspect Ratio impacts VJoy Sensitivity

vjoy sensitivity has been broken on all resolutions other than 1:1 aspect ratios for at least 4 years. the higher the number of pixels in the resolution axis, the slower the sensitivity is. moving your mouse in a circle with a really wide screen results in the vjoy arrow moving in a verticaly stretched ellipse, not a circle
