With the Idris Pepperbox PDCs, once expended there is no way to restock the missiles.

Description: I expended all of my Pepperbox missile ammo. I then flew back to Grim Hex to restock. My railgun successfully restocked its ammo. However, the Pepperboxes remain empty. Tried sending down and retrieving. Missiles remain missing.
