Description: use middle mouse button melee takedown on an npc and rarely you will take collision damage and be killed. this has been an issue for years, you can see a big list of ICs that reported this over the years, and that's not even all of them. marking this as "clipping related" because it can also cause the player to clip through geometry and get stuck or fall through the floor and die, etc.
