Yeah I’d say this IAE should be an easy shot at getting it. One thing that sucks though is you’ll be fighting a lot of people for it. I gotten my privateer with warbond and I’m gonna be doing the same for the base since that’s the easiest way to get the ship

Last time they sold the idris, I was only able to get one on the 2nd to last wave while I used my phone. I had no sleep for 3 days because I gotten couple hours of sleep between the waves and I was trying to get it since the first wave

Kraken gets done while using assets from ironclad all because they don’t know how ship to ship docking works to get the command module to work

We already have docking with stations so how hard is it to have the command module dock with its hull

Part of that is due to stations being fixed object entities vs ships which are animate object entities. It takes some complex sync recognition to not only fix it to an animate object entity but also a good deal of math and carry over control override for flight systems.

It's like if you attached a cube to a moving circle but also want the cube to override the main controls once attached as the object is moving

It's one thing to do this in a closed environment, it's another thing entirely doing it in an open server environment where sync recognition is the important factor too

Those command modules are going to be a bitch to nail down

It's not a savings strat, just a flexibility one. You don't have to apply the Privateer CCU; it'd just be a rainy day thing if you threw it into buyback

It would make sense but they removed the ones under the larger for "balance", although that doesn't really apply as much these days considering you can stuff god knows how many in an idris past its supposed capacities. If we're lucky they either expand the under to the full size or they mirror the two.

Their thing is 6 small ships and 2 medium ships and probably 2-3 dragonfly, you can definitely fit way more into the kraken. I’m pretty sure you can fit 3 Perseus and still have room for some fighters on the flight deck
