- System that allows players to refuel other ships through fuel docking. Players can adjust the amount of fuel and also sell to players.

- Many in-game items have been removed from shops and can only be found in loot containers and corpses.

- 3.17 allows for ship components to be moved into ship inventories. Landing Zones has local storage increased from 100 SCU to 1000 SCU. Inventory size values have been applied to all purchasable ship items, along with volumes and dimensions.
