you need to connect your streaming service to last.fm so it can record your listens.
you'll need to do that on their website. this is just setting it up so fmbot can read that information from it. you did connect fmbot to it correctly.

it used to be under 'connections' in settings on their site. if you can't find it you may need to ask the last.fm discord for help. they have guides for all of these.
