#Country command broken - artists with one play not showing up

Basically just the title, artists with one play stopped showing up for the countries commands including ".tc at", why did this happen? Please fix this

It's more complicated than that actually, it cuts off alphabetically after a certain point

This is frustrating because these artists also stop showing up for as I mentioned countries, genres, their tracks, etc.
