I'm currently uploading my Spotify history to lastfm and when I went to change my privacy level they told me that I've been blocked for 3 months. I created an account on lastfm in 2024 and I'm sending the history from 2014 to 2024, it must seem suspicious but I don't have the option to send the scrobbles on the correct date to lastfm unfortunately.

How can I avoid being blocked permanently?

If what you're doing is legitimate importing you won't get blocked permanently, however the filtering system is automatic and cannot be changed by us.
The filter will expire three months after the last time it triggered (which probably will be three months after you're done importing).
