you need an active subscription for the bot to access your imported data. it'll be saved, so when you reactivate your supporter, you'll be able to access that data again

#

that is correct

#

if they bought a monthly subscription, but cancelled, itll still be active until the month ends for them. it'l likely still active, hence why they still have access

#

once the status of your account changes to free, you lose all access to the imported plays

#

lifetime supporter is an option, which works out cheaper if you plan to use this bot for a while

It's the same for everyone in fmbot

#

this is not accurate, just to be direct.

maybe they added them to Last.fm instead. There is a way to do that, but its takes about a month

#

and it removes the timestamps

#

you pay for a service that stores your full Last.fm history in the bot and adds your history on top. If you dont pay anymore, you lose access to the service

#

¯_(ツ)_/¯

#

its mentioned everywhere in our documentation and in all our faq's on the website

#

lol it takes a few seconds because we already fetched all your Last.fm data when you got supporter. and we re-calculate your playcounts every time you do a command. which is not something we can do for all users since that would simply be too resource intensive

#

anyway

#

yes, go to their server and ask for the import guide. I dont recommend it since it you can do a certain amount per day and it removes the timestamps, but you can do it

the date and time you listened to the individual plays is not retained.

#

it just assigns the plays to the point you import them.

#

okay.
