If you mean last.fm pro, that’s completely separate.
You’ll need fmbot supporter to be able to import via the bot.
If you’ve purchased fmbot supporter, the staff here will be able to assist you with having it applied to your account.

Did you buy it through discord or through OpenCollective?

it could be that you bought it through the browser and that the browser was logged into a different account

On discord desktop you can go to settings > subscriptions

Also when you get the subscription you get a confirmation email
